Dedication of the first Georgia Civil War Heritage TrailsSM marker in Atlanta, August 11, 2002. The marker honors Father Thomas O'Reilly, a native of Ireland, who opened the doors of his church, Immaculate Conception Church, in Atlanta to the sick and wounded soldiers during the Civil War.
